Treatment plans are personalized to your specific health needs. All services are performed at the discretion of your physician based on a comprehensive clinical assessment.
The cost of materials for auxiliary services and procedures (such as the cost of labs, sutures, joint injections, and flu tests) are billed directly to you at-cost without price markup. We work to make sure these costs are as low as possible. Please reach out for the at-cost pricing of these materials.
Imaging, pharmacy, and referral costs are not included in your membership. Your physician works with you to find the solutions that fit your health and financial needs.

What is Not Included
While Direct Primary Care covers the vast majority of your health needs, our membership is not insurance and does not include specialist fees, emergency room visits, or surgical procedures.
A DPC agreement is NOT insurance. Membership with Westwood Direct Primary Care covers only the services listed above. All other services must be paid for by the patient. A DPC membership standing alone does not satisfy the health benefit requirements of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
We recommend members maintain coverage for hospitalization, specialist care, and emergencies through insurance or another arrangement.
